SPA ARRIVAL: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your Spa appointment to allow us to welcome you and prepare you for your spa journey.
LATE ARRIVAL: Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time. Full price for treatment will still apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A 24 hour cancellation is required and appreciated to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability.
SPA ETIQUETTE: The Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please ensure your mobile phone is turned off. Please refrain from sexually suggestive behavior towards staff members.
TREATMENTS: Order of treatments specified may change at the discretion of the therapist. All times specified are guidelines only and includes check in and check out.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS: When making a reservation, please advise us if you are pregnant, or you have any health conditions, allergies or injures that might affect your Spa treatment, so we can ensure your optimum comfort.
VALUABLES: Please refrain from bringing valuables to the Spa. Whilst lockers are provided for your convenience, the management and staff will not accept responsibility or liability for damage of property or loss of possessions or any injury incurred whilst in these premises or due to treatments.
RETURNS: Spa products purchased may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of payment and goods are not damaged.
REFUND POLICY: Treatment packages and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
PAYMENTS: We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in South African Rands.
